Community Advisory Board
Surge is our communities in Gwinnett, Newton and Rockdale Counties coming together to address the HIV epidemic. We need all voices represented – including yours!
We have a community advisory board (CAB) made up of unique individuals and diverse perspectives to ensure our efforts are having a direct impact on the community.

Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S.
To end the HIV epidemic in the United States by 2030, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has initiated and through the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health is leading the Ending the HIV Epidemic in the U.S. (EHE) initiative.
The goal of this initiative is to reduce the number of new HIV infections in the United States by 75% by 2025, and by 90% by 2030.
